This looked like a very interesting book. Had an interesting subject and I really thought it would be jam packed with good tidbits to know. I was unable to follow the book though, I didn't like the way the author organized the material. So after about half hour of reading I choice to stop reading it. I will just have to get old on my own without knowing how to deal with it.
